Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of Cateo and the public chat experience at cateo.ai. Cateo is operated by Tira Palos LLC as an AI-assisted engineering intelligence and artifact-generation service for inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and technical documentation workflows.
Service scope
Cateo accepts prompts, optional equipment metadata, and supporting files, then routes them through a queued reasoning pipeline that produces an initially AI-generated response package and a conversational summary derived from that package.
- Artifacts and audit records are the system of record.
- Chat responses and downloadable procedures are initially AI-generated outputs.
- Future revisions may be shaped by user-submitted feedback, decline comments, and reevaluation history.
Acceptable use
You may use Cateo only for lawful business, operational, and technical purposes. You may not use the service to submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with queued processing, or upload material you do not have the right to provide.
Queued processing and availability
Requests are accepted into a backlog and processed in service order. Acceptance of a prompt does not guarantee an immediate response time, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for time-critical decision-making.
Outputs and operator responsibility
Cateo outputs are advisory technical materials. You remain responsible for verifying facts, validating procedures, confirming regulatory requirements, and determining whether any output is appropriate for actual field use, regulatory submission, maintenance action, or safety-related execution.
User feedback and crowdsource revisions
If you accept an output, Cateo may log that acceptance for traceability. If you decline an output, you must provide comments explaining why so Cateo can reevaluate the full submission and preserve the resulting revision history. This crowdsource process does not create professional certification, legal sign-off, or regulatory approval.
Submitted content and records
Prompts, metadata, attachments, queue state, revisions, approvals, feedback, and service events may be logged to operate, secure, and audit Cateo. Browser-side conversation organization may also be stored locally on your device to let you reopen prior conversations.
Warranty and liability
Cateo is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tira Palos LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement, and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on outputs, delays, outages, or user-supplied data.
Changes
Cateo may evolve over time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
